Professional couriers not making delivery

This courier service received the order on 12 feb, 2018 but they are not delivering it to me. I don’t know why. They are not replying on my mails about the status of the order. Now, it’s showing on the website that my order has been delivered. I don’t know to whom they delivered it.

Furniture not delivered by Housefull International – Rs.18,190/-: Ms. Sudeshna Mukherjee of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh placed orders for bed, wardrobe, side table on 06-10-2012. However, until 25-02-2013 delivery was not made and she did not get any assistance from Houseful in resolving the issue. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
