Promised services not provided by immigration consultant

I registered to the firm for the services of immigration, job assistance, PR process for Canada, IELTS, pool registration, resume writing, NOC etc at winny with 2 year promised time period. But they are inactive since the date, i contacted them sevral times for the services, but no improvements, Resume is malfunctioning and NOC is alos flase claimed. All in all, my IELTS score is expired, and i asked for refund, but they fixed on their behaviour to ne refund. After many efforts, they accepted their mistakes, and agreed only for 50% refund. i urge to you for 100% refund with interest, and amount for ruining my career and time. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible, so i can completey dream for PR and immegration. Paid amount : 47000 INR
