We bought fancy light for my house from Capto light 6/573 congress building, teynampet, chennai 600 006.
We have been given a bill in white sheet and they have charged 5% VAT on the sale value (Rs. 24,081+ Rs.1,204) which has been settled through a card for a total value if Rs. 25,000. When we have asked for a original bill he has assured it would be sent while delivery and he fail to do so.
After our repeated follow up we have been given invoice to the value of Rs. 22,280 against the estimate of Rs. 25,000. None of the price in estimate that tally with the original invoice and the invoice is short by Rs. 2,720
Again when we raise the issue he has assured to refund the difference, but to a surprise he has send a new invoice for a value of Rs. 3150 showing some new items as our purchases which were not the items we bought.
Looking at the scenario he has no MRP written on any items and whenever we asked prices he refer some books and finally he said we have been given 20% discount.
Now based on the above, i understood there is no ethics in his business by showing any MRP as per our government, not accounting all his sales (white sheet invoice) even after using a different vendor invoice with the TIN 33766412886 / 26.08.2016 SAI PRANAV INDUSTRIES.
