Quikr vendor not refunding money after cancelling order

Refund money was not credit to may account. Value: 5649. I ordered laptop from e commerce site quikr but it is cancelled by seller they initiated the refund but no money was not credit to my account may be money was freezed i have all transactions details and attaching below please check and solve my problem

Refund from Travolook – Rs.16,921/-: Mrs. Yasmin Begum of Imphal had booked her tickets with Travolook for journey between Imphal to Guwahati. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
