Ratnadeep super market charged 4 rupees for a carry bag

I have purchased groceries from Ratnadeep super market located at madhapur metro station opp PVR , hitech city hydearabad-500081 on 28th June 2023 for a sum of rupees 428. Ratnadeep super market has charged 4 rupees for a carry bag and refused to pay which i feel is not fare. i am hereby attaching the bill reference id:. kindly stop this type charges.
