Received 35 gm Sunscreen Instead of 50 gm from Dot & Key

I ordered Dot & Key Vitamin C + E Sunscreen (50 gm) worth ?446 but received 35 gm pack.

I raised multiple complaints via email to care[@]dotandkey.com. They kept replying with generic apology messages, but never resolved the issue, never issued a refund or replacement, and didn’t even assign me a complaint ID.

This is misleading and unethical. I’m requesting either:

1. A replacement with the correct 50 gm product, or

2. A full refund of ?446.

Attached are my invoice, product photo (showing 35 gm), and email proof.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in.
