Ordered Eureka Forbes water purifier from flipkart on 10th Oct 2018 and got received on 18th Oct 2018. The product received was very old (manufactured on Feb 2012) and product cover itself was in terrific condition. Raised return request on same day with even opening the product cover. Eureka scheduled technician visit and cancelled the same without coming and checking the product. Return request got cancelled due to that in flipkart and raised the return request again. Second time as well Eureka technician cancelled the visit and return request got cancelled. Oct 28 was the last day to request cancellation, raised the return request again and waiting for technician visit. If the same thing happens again, I will not be able to return the product and I will have to use the old product.
