Received a Damaged Refrigerator purchased from Samsung

I have been suffering from past 15 days, As  samsung.com is not giving any resolution . I have purchased a Sumsung Refrigerator Serial No. 0F5s4DAK900044. from samsung.com website for home delivery .  After i received the product delivery person informed that samsung fitting engineers will come to set the product post 1 day the personal to fit the product arrived ” and informed me that the product is damaged and suggested to return the same. I have been following up with the team from past 10 day nor any one has come to take the return nor any one has contacted us ( They are claiming that within 24 to 48 hr they will come for return from the date of filing complain ( i.e. 21-Oct-2019).
