I placed an order from Jabong on May 22, 2019 and received the item on May 25, 2019. Then placed a request for exchange on the same day . After the three failed delivery attempts, finally received the item on June 1, 2019 which was literally torn to pieces. This shows their negligence towards customers. This is a disaster. I spoke to Jabong CS and after three days, they accepted for return. Today the courier boy came for the return pick up and by seeing the item, the courier guy returned it. Even after raising this issue, Jabong failed again showing their recklessness, carelessness towards customers and their money. My time was wasted, my money is obviously wasted. I need to get compensated for the item, delay, inconvenience and my time. I don’t want others to face this.
I request you to take a serious action on them.
