Received empty box in place of smart watch from instagram seller

I have ordered a full display series 7 smart watch Rs.1099 in instagram dated on jan-16-2022 through cash on delivery mode . I paid the money and collected the package. They are sent the package without the watch (only empty boxes). I warned him to return back my money otherwise i will complain in police. They replied that they are going to send the products again correctly after that they not sent the tracking id of the product and not response properly after that they blocked me in whatsapp and also they are not picking my call. now i don’t want the product only i need only my money back.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
