I ordered xiaomi Bluetooth headphones via their mobile app on April 7 2019.. I received the package through bluedart courier service on April 9 2019.. I paid Rs. 1500 cash on delivery .. After that I opened the package which is empty already… there is one empty box.. but headphones where missing.. I already registered complaint on xiaomi but no further action were taken against my complaint.. I need to know I get my headphones? I received nothing..

I have ordered Redmi note 10s from mi store..And after two days I received an empty parcel with detergent soap in it..I have already made the online payment..And now they are delaying it regularly.. Dont trust this site ever and try not to order from this store. i have lost my 15k in no time.
I was ordered Redmi Note 10S from mi store.after two days i received am empty box.i will complaint all over the mi customer site.but they will said we sent full product.i told you check with CCTV foodage. but no response then i will tag msg to MI CEO manu Twitter after they response via twitter. they told same we sent product good condition.
But the product package is damaged & clearly shown there is dummy tape sealed on it & even immediately i have raised complaint to your partner courier.
I went to courier office and I am fight with him. They show video footage the parcel is already taped.
Hereby giving further information IMEI number of products which you can able to track.
I have received a empty box instead of a smart watch. I want my money refund otherwise I will complain against your website
