Received empty package from Myntra

I ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra and when I received the package, it was empty. I immediately reported it to the delivery guy and he said he couldn’t do anything. So I contacted Myntra customer support and the next day they told me that my claim had been rejected. I did not stop there. I tweeted to them and told them that my package was tampered. They told me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hrs they told me to wait another 24hrs. I could not get in touch with them despite trying several times. Finally they again called and told me that they are not responsible for my missing product. I paid for the product in advance through net banking. They called me several times only to tell me that my complaint is not valid. Please help me get my money back.
Myntra used to be a very good platform but these days it has become just like the other online scammers.
