On 28 March 2019 i placed a order on myntra for Lakme Honey dew absoulte argan oil serum foundation and on 1st of April i received the product which was already expired.Unfortunately its manufacturing date was Nov 2017 and expired date is April 2019 so technically that product is already expired. And when i talked to customer care that have given me expired product so i want to exchange this product but they place return request on the place of exchange request,and i don’t want to return it i want the fresh piece of this product. But when i am talking to customer care they are like we don’t have policy to exchange cosmetic but i guess MYNTRA have policy to deliver expire product. And before couple of days when i talked to customer care and i told them i will raise complain to consumer complaint against Myntra at that time she told me that she will cancel the return request and place a exchange request. But i have not received any exchange yet.Today 11th of April I called customer care again they told me the same that they don’t place any exchange for cosmetic.
Myntra wasted my time and money its already 10th day and they have not taken any step.

I have received an expiry product and now they are saying its not retirnable nor they can exchange…..
