Received false / empty parcel from instagram seller

In reference to the below mentioned details of the company, I herby submit that the said company has sent the empty/false parcel that was received on 2nd july 2019 by BLUE DART courier. They advertise on instagram through i placed this order by the name STM Watch 360 HD Camera BUT the parcel i got was full of old cartoon and AN OLD BROKEN CHEAP WATCH . I requested you to please look into this matter as the earliest possible.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
