I placed an order for Google pixel over Flipkart on 18th April 2023 and received the unit the very next day.
After using it for 2-3 days I realised the battery is draining too quickly and same has been brought to notice of Flipkart. But Flipkart asked me to get in touch with Google as brand will provide the replacement after doing further analysis.
I have raised concern with Google on 23rd April and since then doing whatever trouble shooting they suggested but still no response from their side.
Now on 1st may they are asking to deliver the phone for max 21 days so that they could inspect and then if feasible they will provide the replacement.
Here my question –
If troubleshoot was not enough why they didn’t demanded handset at first instance.
Now why they are running from providing the backup phone at this stage?
All phone comes with standard 7-10 days of replacement if there’s any fault.
My request would be to provide a fresh handset and if need they can send engineer to visit my place to inspect handset.
