Received old defective product from mozela

I have ordered mozela.in one portronics POR-871 sound drum cash on delivery around cost 1749 . I received the product old and defective item. Suddenly I sent mail to mozela.in customer care mail-id and I have several time called upon the customer care for I want replace another one or refund the money. They didn’t not proper response. One day they are asked the serial number of the product. I send the which I received the product serial number. Finally they said that this product is not our product and cheating the company.

The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
