Received wrong brand watch from Flipkart, no customer support

I ordered realme smart watch S on 13 July 2022 and on 15 July I received that product which is totally different there is Peter England watch on that box i raised a return request several times but every time my request has been rejected by the Flipkart site even several times I call customer care help line they said wait 72hrs we will solve this but after 72hrs nothing happened and i  didn’t get positive response by there side and they waste my time… And last day of 7 day return policy my I’d has been blocked and i am like helpless… Please it’s my request to you to solve this problem I want refund…
