I had ordered a Philips 3215 trimmer on Flipkart on 22nd July 2020. I received a wrong product(Philips3201 trimmer) on 30th July 2020. I instantly raised a return request. But the return request was turned down without giving me any reasons. Then I had to raise the new request which was accepted. I also received a mail saying that the product will be picked up by 20 August. However after a couple of days I received another mail saying the pickup would be delayed as My place is within the Covid 19 containment zone. However this info regarding the containment zone was false. I questioned them about the same but I did not get any reply. As per the return policy on the website I could raise the request for pickup untill 10th of August. But today, ie., 12th of August they cancelled the return request that they had originally accepted. Now I could neither raise a new request, nor contact them again. Please help me
