Receiving calls and emails from HDFC for settled credit card

Settlement of Credit Card Done, but Still receiveing Calls & emails for collection. Value: 51100

I had made the settlement on the 29th of May 2022, attached is the Settlement Letter, and have made the payment in 1 Instalment. But Im rather Frustrated that the Card Has not been settled yet, plus i keep on receiving calls every day plus, this Compliance Officer Keeps on sending email without verifying. And even i still are receiving the emails of the current credit statement
