I have recharged amount of Rs. 93 on 12th Feb 2018. on that day they did not activated my 93 package. After that i called on 18th Feb 2018 to customer care, they said that your package offer is completed so we did activate that package and the same amount will be credited to the same bank account of your recharged at that time. it was taken 7 working days. So i waited for 7 days and it was not recredited to my bank account and i called on 24th Feb 2018, they said that we already activated your mobile recharge package 93 rupees. Actually when they said time not activated recharge package, I recharged another network. I lost 93 rupees and 399 rupees because of this recharge not activated in proper time. Please help me in this matter, if recredited my amount to my account, you are highly appricated to my request help.
