Recharge failed by amount debited from bank

Wrong deduction. Value: 399? I have made payment towards my recharge of 399?. My balance is deducted from my bank account but I didn’t received any recharge. Payment through: pay u app. With UPI transaction. I already provided Bank reference no , UTR no, bank massage but they don’t reply
