This is inform that i had to cancel my Trip to Thailand due to Coronavirus spread.
First of all wrong information was given regarding the refund that the Airlines and Hotels are not refunding, but when i personally called them, they refunded the full Amount to TravelTriangle(TT) and now TT is delaying things from past 2 weeks. I have the communication regarding the refund amount promised in mail but they are not doing it. Furthermore the consultant who was managing my trip has now switched off her phone.
