Refund denied by SWIGGY for undelivered food

Orderd food through swiggy app on 06 Oct 2020 amounting to ?240 for total 8 items.
When the order came, there were only 2 the ordered items with 2 different items.
Contacted swiggy, and they asked if I want a replacement order or refund. I went for replacement order.
Replacement order came.. But again that was an incomplete order too..out of the 6  items,.there were 2 items missing and 3 which came were incomplete.
So in total I got only 3 full ordered items out of the 8 ordered items. For ?185 I paid in return I got nothing.
When I call swiggy… They half heartedly tell me I can get a ?100 voucher.. But when I ask that I paid more thn that they ended the call on their own.
How can I get my money back from them.?
