Refund for my payment to RedBus

I made a UPI payment for travelling in a Bus from Kanpur to Varanasi dated 18/04/19 at date 12/04/19 from REDBUS mobile app. I made the payment successfully but somehow my money got debited and the tickets were not generated. I called the coustmer care and REDBUS support multiple no. of times since that day and the response I got is kindly verify your phone no. and transaction id and refrence id of the payment . Multiple no. of times they asked me to submit my bank statement as according to them the amount has been refunded and in response I have submitted my bank statement too.
Each time I called them they asked me to wait for 7 bank working days till the time my money gets refunded .
The coustmer support even started “arguing and shouting” . Last time I called them they were telling me you will get your money back in 24 hours but still no refunds .
I got doubts about my bank servers too so I called them to ask them is there any problem in their servers they told me that there is no such type of amount they got .
I requested the cosutmer support team to talk directly to thier supperiors and in return they asked me to asked me to wait for 30 minutes for a return call which I received once telling me that to wait till Monday and I have waited many Mondays for the same .
I don’t know how long should I need to wait for the same I got all the recording of the call in the same problem.
I need my refunds and penality amount for the same case .
