This is in reference with order with Jabong. I ordered a suit from Jabong. Product delivered to me was dirty, used and not as displayed on the website. I rise return request. I courier boy came and check the product and packed a suit in an A4 size plastic bag. It’s obvious that if a suit is carried like this by courier it will get more damage and dirty. After a few days, I got a call from Jabong saying we cannot refund you as the product was dirty and used. I write many emails to them saying I returned the product as I received and product was dirty and in used condition when I received. They are not listening at all and not refunding amount I paid.
