I order samsung eg920bewgin on ear wired earphone with mic on 26 of January 2018 …but die to poor quality …i placed returen request and they pic up order on 3 feb 2018 After my refund request approved in 7 feb 2018 on 10:2 am refund process is initiated and expected return is initiated under the name of jasper infotech Today is 12 feb 2018 5:47pm i will not get my return and last update of my oder is refund has been successfully completed but i will not get my return Oder id -25808053017
