I booked ticket for me and my family(4 members) by air Pegasus from Mangalore to Bangalore on 9/ sept/2016 flight number op-120 at 12.20 hrs by make my trip. it was a refundable fare ticket. they cancelled the flight same day morning and I got a mail from MMT I will get refund soon. since then I tried to call air Pegasus people but they didn’t reply and makemytrip failed to refund and said as per aviation law refund will be given by airline. kindly do the needful.
