Refund not received from Amazon for undeliverable order

I ordered sony headphone from Amazon on 19th june, it was supposed to deliver by 20th but due to the wrong pincode it’s says it’s undeliverable for 3 days and on 23rd the refund is initiated and I waited for 5 days still not came,they told me to wait until 3rd July, and then 5th July and then 9th July and lastly 13 July, they are saying the same it got stuck that’s all
