Refund not received from happyeasygo

I am writing to complaint against an online Flight booking site called happyeasygo.com.
I have booked two way flight from happyeasygo app and total cost was 14121 Inr.
Flight got cancelled by airlines few days before departure and hence i contacted happyeasygo customer care and they asked me to cancel the flight and selecting reason as ” flight cancelled by Airlines”. I would be getting the full refund as it was Airlines fault.
I did the same and its been 20 days now , I have no updates on when i will get refund. Now there custoner care number has been unreachable and they are not responding to my mail as well.
I contacted Airlines (Jet airways) and they told me that refund would be given from Happyeasygo only.
Please let me know what can be in this case.
