Refund not received from Jio Mart for cancelled order

I had tried purchasing Iphone 13 from Jio mart on 17th November, Time of transaction is 22:38:00. On the payment processing page, my amount of rs.58863.36 was debited from my hdfc credit card and amount of around 452 was debited through my reliance one royalty points.It has been 11 days since the incident and I have still not recieved my Refund.

I have contacted Jiomart customer care multiple times but they don’t seem to be able to provide me with proper resolution. They have claimed that my transaction details are not available on their system. But on my side, There ia an ongoind emi that has been started from HDFC bank in which interest is applied daily basis. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible so that I can close give EMI loan from HDFC bank.
