I ordered some garmets from this website called Stalk Buy Love , but as i didnt like the garments had to return the same and i wrote them a mail on 9th of feburary 2019, and since them i am after them to refund my money but they are not giving me my money back. Each time they say their internal finance team is not in place so i will have to wait.
Lastly i got tired and ordered again to make use of my money as they were not refunding it back, but due to bad quality i had to again return it.
I again wrote them many mails to refund the amount but they are just playing around and not refunding back.
Its more than 5months and they cant make a simple refund. please help me out
