Refund not received from Shopclues

I have ordered for belt on 03/02/18 & paid Rs.188 through BOB net banking. I recd belt by wrong size and not as per my ordered. Now they states that refund has been done and credited bank account. But I regret that my a/c is not credited. shopclue gave me txn no and advised me to contact Bob, I approached the bank and ask for UTR No.,now shopclues nighther giving me UTR No. Nor refund the amount. .order no 140058552. Pl help me. Regards

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
