I placed an order with snap deal bearing no.18999303395 on 10th may’17 of Casio watch for an amount of Rs.5799/-. The product was sent via JV couriers and they called and told us to collect the product by self from a distance of 50-70km. So I had to cancel the order as it was not feasible to collect it from such a distance. As per mail, my refund was initiated on 15th may’17 and I was told to wait for 4-7 business days, later when I didn’t receive, I called customer care then a mail came and told me to wait 7-10working days. But till date, I didn’t receive my amount, sometimes they tell me to contact my bank which I did twice, then they tell me to wait for 24-48hrs and will send me transaction I’d but only after I call,do they reopen my case and tell me to wait again. Sometimes I am told to share my bank statements which also I did. Repeatedly I been calling them but the only reply they have is my case is escalated, refund initiated on 15th may, contact bank or wait for 24-48hrs. Even when they tell me to mail at help[@]snapdeal.com, the response received is that the mail I’d is not operative. I am afraid I will be getting my refund back,they simply don’t care for the customers problem and have no solution, don’t know if they took away my money. Friends,if anybody reading this, don’t trust snapdeal, I used to earlier but now,j am done.
