Refund not received from Snapdeal for the defective product

Dear sir I purchased Tulsi mala from Snapdeal on 28 September, which was completely broken but Snapdeal not refunding my money after reverse pickup please do the needful I am a physically disabled person please help me to get back my hard earned money. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
