Refund not received from Yepme for returned product

I have not received refund amount of the products after returning the products. It has been 80 days now. I returned the products due to poor quality and size issue. Also one of the tops was completely different from what I ordered.

Date of purchase : 24 May 2017
Date of Return: 30 May 2017

I have been calling customer care regularly since then, mostly I have to cut the call after waiting for 1 hour for call in queue.
I could only speak to customer care executive twice. Once they told you will be getting the refund in 8- 10 days. 2nd time they said Server was down

I havent received the refund amount. It has been 80 days now.
Amount is Rs. 977. Attached are the order details.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
