I deposited Rs. 7440 in Act fibernet account for new connection. after two days their representative informed that connection is not available in my area. So I requested them to refund my amount. They said as no account is created they will take 24 to 48hrs to refund the amount. But now it is almost two months I didn’t get my amount. Pls help me

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response. Worst service..they took the amt of Rs 3200 for the new connection but now they said there is no connection in my area requested to refund the amount ….but almost completed 7 working but till now not received refund amount….I suggest people not to go for this act fiber connection
