I am a consumer of siti cable network from many years. Last 3/4 months I am facing a problem of signal of network but local cable operator is not solving my problem and they told “Piche se problem h Thik Ho jayegi” but problem not solved. I’m using siti cable two connections there VC numbers are 01762606770 & 01762606771.
Sir I am facing this type of problem many times I have been complained to the local cable operator but they are not capable to solve my problem. Finally I have changed my cable operator. I want my security money of Rs. 700+700=1400/- back from the local cable operator which I was submit at the time of purchasing this connection (siti cable). Sir I call to the siti cable customer care no. for enquiry, Is this your VC box is refundable of not? Siti Cable customer care agent told me, yes it is refundable but only local cable operator is refund your money. I told this thing to my local cable operator they said ” Mein kya usse sir me marunga” and they refused me to give my money back. Plz told me what should I do, I need your help. Thank you
