Refund of tuition fees from Mahesh Tutorial

I would like to complaint about mahesh tutorial camp branch pune as in the month of jan 2017 a representative had come home and told us that for our child they will gv tablet (samsung worth 20,000). He convinced us therefore paid fees for 10th std for my child in the month of jan 2017 but he failed 9th so i asked my money back ie 61,000. They asked me to submit 9th failed result Xerox. After that they told to submit leaving certificate than xerox than asked for original than asked for scanned copy. And now they are telling its fake documents. from 5 months they are just not interested to pay back. Please if u could look into the matter.
