Refund Request for Cancelled Manali Tour Package

I am writing to address an issue regarding the refund for a cancelled Manali tour package that I had booked through Gyan Rachna Tour and Travels. On 16/03/2024, I booked the Manali tour package for three people through them. I paid a booking amount of Rs. 2000 using the company’s QR code, which they had shared with me on WhatsApp. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we had to cancel our travel plans. However, I was assured at the beginning of the booking process that in the event of cancellation, the full amount would be refunded without any deductions. Since cancelling the tour, I have been in touch with Mr. Gxxxxv and his team regarding the refund. Each time I inquire about the status of the refund, I am informed that the process is underway. However, despite the assurances, I have not yet received the refund. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
