I have purchased a ARC KUTCHINA Chimney in exchange of old one at the cost of Rs. 24,000/- on 09/08/16
According to Co. rules 3 free services are to given. But after giving two services the person concern casually
skipped the 3rd service. I have contacted him over tel. times without number but failed. And as it crossed the 1 yr. Warranty period I have to pay the service charge. Now I need a very responsible service center & a gentleman technician (not like mxxxxxa) with whom I can make a AMC. Mr. Mxxxxxa installed d machine also as sales Executive.

I am Ajit Kumar Das from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I have purchased a Kutchina Chimney Flora Dlx 60 Auto clean wall mounted on 11th Oct 2023, order id:OD329353659261444100. My complain is that at the time of installation the brand authorized service engineer told me you have 3 free services till 1 year. But when I called to Kutchina customer care for booking my 1st servicing they told me you do not have any free servicing due to purchase from online, contact with Flipkart, even I got a warranty card where clearly mentioned about 3 free servicing and also a sticker of 3 free services paste on the product. And when I called to Flipkart CC they also fool me like kutchina. And not even Flipkart nor Kutchina has mentioned there are no free service on online purchase where I have the documents where clearly mentioned about free services. My 1st suggestion to everyone please don’t purchase any Electronic items from online before knowing about details. They all are frauds, fool the peoples like this. And secondly I need to complain against the Flipkat and Kutchina. Please help.
