I ordered an airpods pro clone from zeusic.com after watching a youtube review and the link of zeusic.com from its description.
I orderd the product on 18/08/2020 and received the product on 21/08/2020. On checking the product I saw the no charging cable and no extra earbuds , being not sure what to expect from a cloned product I ignored it. On testing the product , I found the right side earpod is not working, no sound and not charging too.
I complained same to zeusic.com on their site chat. They said if you have not created an unboxing video we cannot refund or allow return of product. I complained same to https://cybercrime[dot]gov[dot]in/ and pinged the acknowledgement number to zeusic.com chat help. Within few mins I received call from the Zeusic.com pleading for it and within an hour I got my refund. They arranged a pickup of product and I returned the product in same state in which I received.
Today I received an abusive call from them to return extra earbuds which itself was missing from product delivered.
