I have airtel broadband connection , i was given request for shifting of connection and nobody contacted me and due to my work urgency i was taken other broad band connection. through airtel app i was given reactivation req and it has asked me to pay due of 275 and i paid this amount. after two days i was asked them to owner ship change of connection and i was sent all required documents to them , they were not responded , i spoken with customer care they said that withi 48 hours it will shift this also not happen .
finally again i called up to customer care to stop broadband connection but they are not responding , i paid bill for that particular month ,
Kindly order them to deactivate the connection and confirm me
