Im using Airtel Postpaid connection for more than 10 years few months back i got a bill stating tat i have to pay 1400 which is double the times from my actual billing. it is a dual connection , when i enquired about the same , they failed to solve the issue and failed to trace , On top of it even the customer care doesnt aware of the service they proivide . when i questioned regarding the same they have no answer for my queries and they litereally failed to solve it. they said they will give call back with in 24 hours but that 24 hrs moved to more than 2 months and still my issue is not solved and now they suspended my service. after the suspension of my connection i called them informed about the same still they didnt sort out the issue and now they charging late payment fees along with the tax. since im from industry im unable to make calls and make any connections for my work related. because of this im facing work related issues and mental depression even after i have never failed to made my payment before due date. including this month i have paid my actual monthly and kept hold on the differential amount.Kindly do the needful
