Regarding bad service of videocon d2h

I have Videocon d2h set top box. Recently my recharge validity is over.
I am trying to recharge my account since many days. But recharge not processed.
I had try to talk customer care. But they did not give satisfactory answer and said system is down call after 1 hour everytime but one hour is not yet finished. I can not watch TV due to poor service.
