Regarding Bharat Matrimony till u marry package

I was given till u marry package with terms and conditions that it’s valid till 6 years. Every year Rs. 1000 to be paid for renewal. Last year I renewed first time with Rs. 1000. Now they are telling they won’t renew. I have to do renewal with Rs. 6900. They have changed terms and conditions. How can they change terms and conditions on which they have given membership to a customer. We have paid charges looking into the terms and conditions only. One fine day you tell that now charges will be different, that’s unfair practice. If you were not willing then you should not have marketed such products . I want my renewal in any case. Kindly resolve this issue by taking Rs. 1000. My profile I’d is P489208

Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails. Mobile replaced by Micromax: Mr. Vaibhav Sawaiker of Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, Maharashtra (sawaiker_vaibhav[at]rediffmail.com) had purchased a Micromax phone on 07-04-2013. Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. He wanted a replacement but Micromax was not willing to do the same. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
