Regarding bill payment to Idea Cellular

I paid a bill in the amount of Rs.594/- in Idea but the service provider told me that I was not pay the amount. But in my bank account it was deducted on 4th July. Now they are harrasing me to provide the same amount. So I am requesting you to get the step about the matter and solve the matter as early as possible.
