Regarding booking of duplex in Mansarovar

Complaint of duplex in mansarovar 344,345. Value: 50 lakhs*2. I have booked my two duplexed in mansarovar in December 2012 and payment 95% paid. And not worked even50%from the last two years and our duplex get damage due to rain water.so plese take action against my complaint of builders.
