I Have purchased Tata zest car on december 2014 from Jabalpur (MP). Since last 2 months my car is rusted all places, with breaking of metal body. My front car bonet is fully destroyed by rust and other parts also getting rusted. I complaint to Tata motor customer care but they are saying that it not covered under warranty , whereas i have extended warranty till dec 2017. I am disappointed with their services and since my car is only 2 and half years old how it can be rusted so early. It must be a manufacturing defect.
My car is taken care by me and i always keep it in shed place,always get serviced by Tata motors service station.I Have shown my car to them i.e Sajjan Motors Chidambaram and they are also saying that it is manufacturing defect. They estimated around 44000 for this repair. But after complaint no action has been taken. I am writing this complaint so that some action can be taken. My Tata motrs complaint number is- 1-61150283718.
