Regarding broadband connection from Quadrant televentures

Regarding connect broadband we have opted 9+3=12 months offer against paying Rs5300.

Respected sir, we have paid Rs5300 against quadrant televentures (connect broadband) against the phone no. n opted scheme 9+3=12 months. But company executives again send the bill of Rs609

Saying we have levied u plain10+2 =12 months. Pls resolve the problem as the executive say us about 9+3 offer n ask us to pay 5300 Rs
