I have a flight booking for myself and my mother for 15th August ,2018 from Bangalore to Trivandrum . I made the booking on 13 May,2018 & paid 2950 INR. Today recieved a sms ( 30july 2018) that the flight will operate on 16th August instead of 15th August. When I tried calling the customer care , they didn’t provide any solution or didn’t even keep the promoise of call back. Now, only 15 days are left before my travel booking another ticket in a different airline the price is 14000 inr. And I see air India not taking any responsibility or intending to even help me out of the situation
